There is an expression that goes something like, "Good things come in small packages." That sums up our experience working with Josette. She is personable, thorough, fully engaged, thoughtful, has superb people skills, and is a very nice person. She walked us through every phase of the process and was available either by phone or text if we had questions. I tend to operate with a guarded optimistic mindset to manage my emotions so they don't go too high or go too low. So, when Josette told us she was expecting multiple offers on the house I hoped she was correct. When she said she expected the house to sell quickly, I hoped she was correct. When she hinted that we might see some competition like a mini-bidding war for the house, I hoped she was correct. Pretty much all her predictions regarding the sale of our home in College View Estates came true. What that told us is that she is fully aware of and engaged with the San Diego housing market and knows the market very well. The extras she did like disposing of things at the house because we ran out of time, was additional icing on the cake. The offer we got was a cash offer which greatly reduced the escrow window.
